Age verification: e888e takes underage gambling prevention seriously. We may request government-issued identity documents to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
3Account Registration and Security
To access e888e fully — including deposits, betting, and bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a password.
Accuracy of Account Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it promptly if it changes. e888e may suspend or permanently close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

- OTP verification via your registered mobile number is required before your account becomes active.

4Deposits and Withdrawals
e888e supports instant deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through locally trusted payment providers. All financial transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Deposits
Deposits are credited to your e888e wallet instantly in most cases. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:
- The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum per transaction, though payment provider limits may apply.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
- e888e does not charge deposit fees. Payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. All deposits are credited in BDT with no currency conversion charges.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed promptly. Most requests via bKash or Nagad are completed within minutes of submission. The following conditions apply:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. e888e reserves the right to adjust this minimum and will notify players of any changes.
- Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. e888e does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing. e888e may hold a withdrawal pending identity verification for up to 72 hours in line with fraud prevention procedures.
Important: e888e will never ask you to send funds to a personal mobile number or external bank account as part of a withdrawal. If you receive such a request from anyone claiming to represent e888e, do not comply — contact support immediately at [email protected].
5Bonuses and Promotions
e888e offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the promotion.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details at the time of the offer.
- Bonuses are held in a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable as cash until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
- e888e reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided any wagering obligations already in progress are honoured.

- e888e reserves the right to deny, reclaim, or cancel bonuses if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including coordinated patterns across multiple accounts or systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play.
The general bonus conditions in this section are supplemented by specific promotion terms published at the time of each offer. Where there is any conflict between this section and a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
6Responsible Gaming
e888e is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and use the self-management tools available in their account settings.
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time limits: set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be automatically logged out when the session limit is reached.
- Cooling-off period: temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During this period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

7Prohibited Activities

- Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using a payment method not registered in your own name.
Fraud detection notice: e888e operates continuous automated and manual fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be placed on hold without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. 8Account Suspension and Termination
e888e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

Where an account is terminated by e888e for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including bonus funds) may be forfeited. 9Intellectual Property

12Changes to These Terms
e888e reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
